There was some program error in ETL process and the cube has been loaded with wrong data. We have not archived the cube so that the only backup we have is the dimension tables and fact tables on SQL server 2000. We need to restore the data in 2008 only. In the cube, we have loaded 2009 jan-june data already. Our plan is to go back to the time that 2009 is not loaded and reload a whole 2008 data. How do we delete all the historical data from dimension table which is kept within the analysis service? And how do we delete the data from the cube? Is it enough to delete from the source fact table and reload it? I hope I explained the situation clearly. I look forward hearing from your team. YSH
