Sir,
If we delete some records from any table, do empty rows remains in the table or don't.
If they do then how can i optimize table size by removing those empty rows.

There is nothing like Empty Records.

if you are looking to free the space that was taken up by the deleted records. i think it will be done automatically. Incase it doesnt because of various reasons like indexes.

you can reclaim it by using DBCC SHRINKDATABASE or DBCC CHECKTABLE . Check BooksOnline for furthur information on them . you can use them at off peak server time.
