| Hi Guys,I'm wondering what the effects are of having a table with many fields, say 50, including fields that are not often used when accessing the table, as opposed to having the user table only have the 15 or so fields that are used alot, and then including the other information in an associated table. Does the number of fields in a table affect the speedof accessing the table, assuming you are not doing "select * " statements?Any input would be much appreciated... |
