Vinay. K writes "Hi, We are developing an apllication in VB. We are using SQL Server 2000 as our backend with regional settings on the Server as mm/dd/yyyy. We had to reinstall the OS of the Windows NT Server where the SQL Server was installed. We took a backup of the Database into a another system. After the Windows NT Server was installed, we installed SQL Server 2000 on to the Server and imported the Database back to Server with regional settings set to mm/dd/yyyy. The values stored in Date/time data type was mm/dd/yyyy format earlier, but the whole date information is now in dd/mm/yyyy format. Please help me in getting back the Date information in mm/dd/yyyy format and I should be able to store information in mm/dd/yyyy in future. Please help me out. I would be very grateful if any one could help me on this.
Regards, Vinay K." |
