Creating a Stored Procedure in Visual Basic.NET

Creating a Stored Procedure in Visual Basic.NET

Obviously, the "'s and the 's give all kinds of problems.

If at all possible, i'd like to be able to create this procedure from within vb.net. If set quoted_identifier off is the answer, how do i make sure (scm.exe) the server starts in this mode everytime?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
