I have a matrix SalesCountry US $50,000 Region Northwest $10,000 Area Puget $5,000 Product A $1,000 B $3,000 C $1,000 I am having trouble getting the drillthroughs to work quite right. I want to be able to click on the $5000 related to Puget and send a product parameter to a drillthrough that contains A,B,C and none of the other products that might be sold in other areas.Similarly, if I click on the $10,000 related to Northwest, I'd want to send all areas in the Northwest and all Products sold in the Northwest. but not areas or products from other regions.EDIT: sorry for formatting. the "Matrix" looks fine when I edit it, then is squished together when viewing. Hope this doesn't add confusion. |

I think I could work around this if I could set the value of a parameter with a Join(lookupset(..)) but that doesn't seem to work. Can anyone confirm that this can or can't be done? My expression works if I add it in a column in my matrix, but if I use it to to define a parameter, I get "Parameter Validation Failed. It is not possible to provide values for all parameters" |
