Hi,

If I create XML related stored procedure,It will work in MSDE also? Its working fine in SQL-Server 2000.Please clear my doubt.

MSDE is like the personal edition without the client so yes it should work.
The only way to find out for sure is to try it.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
