GuysQuick question, I thought always that all new CUs includes changes/hotfixes made in previous CUs.SO sql 2008R2 CU5 inlcudes CU1-CU4 fixes....So If I install new sql , I don't have to install SP then latest CU?Am I correct in understanding?ThanksSKR |

in general, you don't need to install a CU unless there is a hotfix there that fixes a specific issue that you have. |

Thanks for the information. but I still want to know that the latest CU normally have all previous hotfix etc from last CU?SKR |
