| We currently use Actuate for our web reporting. We have written a few reports that generate a report and at the same time, write a fixed format text data file, of the same data, from a single sql result set. Very powerful.We are moving to sql reporting services. Can a single SSRS 'report' produce the same outputs?Thanks. |

| not really. SSRS produces one report per definition. However, you can add subreports, which have their own definitions. that's one way to produce multiple outputs. |
