I would like to find a data modeling tool that does what TogetherSoft does for object modeling.

I think the genius of TogetherSoft is to create separate files for objects as they are created. It would be nice to find the same feature for a data modeller. That way we could integrate it with a version control system to allow multiple people to work on the whole data model, while still seeing what others were doing.

Is there such a tool?

I would imagine the problem lies more with the development life cycle.

What would happen for instance if multiple people are making their own decisions that potentially impact your developemnt?

Hosed city!

And when you say: Isn't doing the job? What do you mean by that?
