| The error message is very generic. Have you checked to see if there is more information in the SQL Server error log or in the Event log? I would doubt that there is, but just curious. Since the error message is so generic, you will need to search MS' knowledge base (support.microsoft.com). Search on 0x80004005 in the SQL Server section. You will see tons of articles come up and that's why we can't really answer your question because we don't have any specifics about your environment.Tara |
