| Hey all,I've been doing alot of dynamic work with CF and ASP with SQL Server lately and have figured out a simple but easy way to simplify my code:Keep all your DSN/login info and connection code as well as your logoff code in seperate include files and just <!--include--> them at the top and bottom of all pages you access your database form.Maybe everyone but me has already figured this out but me, but I figured I'd post it anyhow for anyone who may benefit from it.P.S. - check out ryanflynn.com/spin for my latest personal project. I think I was influenced by too much f---edcompany.com msgboard reading. Oh well. It only took an hour -- I swear! |
