MSDE, help to create database

Hi all

I installed Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine.
Install and every things are OK.

But, I can not create Database. I have not manager tool of the database server. Please help me how to create database ?

you can download the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express and use it or via SQLCMD and use T-SQL "Create Database" command
