What does "I want to give the Maintenance plan through VB coding" mean? Give what to the Maintenance plan? Or give the Maintenance Plan to what? Are you trying to CREATE a maintenance plan from VB? Or maybe just EXECUTE one?

Look into SQLDMO library. You should be able to find documentation for it just about anywhere.
