| I have a stored procedure that returns a subset of transactions.Can that same procedure return the sum of all of those transactions using an out parameter or must I write a separate procedure to do so?Thanks,Mac |

No, you can rewrite the procedure code so there is an output parameter populated with sum of transactions.
