| is there any way to find added column summary ,i.e , when the column was added and by whom. |

| If you create a trace in SQL Profiler, you can capture SQL statements and then look for an ALTER TABLE. However, you're FAR better off restricting CREATE/ALTER TABLE permissions to a select few. Generally speaking if you don't know who altered a table you have some potentially serious security issues. |
