| Hi, I am trying to install the SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition in my System which is already having .NET software installed. I am unable to see the Query Analyzer in the installed SQL Server. Anyone who are having answer for this, please let me know. |

| SQL Server 2005 does not have a seperate Query Analyser. in Management Studio you choose new query and a Query window will open similar to the old query analyserEm |

| Hi, Thanks for the reply, But i have a quick question. I am unable to see the Management Studio too, I just got, Configuration Tools in which it is having, "SQL Server Configuration Manager", "SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting", "SQL Server Surface Area Configuration", "Notification Services Command Prompt", "Reporting Services Configuration" only. |

you probably didn't installed that. Pop in the CD and install it

| I think, Management Studio comes with SQL Server 2005 Developer Editionn CD itself right? But, i didnot get that installed, How to install that one, please guide me, Thanks. |

yes. it does come with the CD. Just put the CD in and run the installation. I can't remember exactly how the screen looks like but there is a screen where you select the component to install. Check the lists of components there.
