I have a reindex job in SQL Server 2005 and I need it to stop by 6.30 A.M because I have my schedule backup by 7 A.M. So whether the reindex completes or not I want to stop it by 6.30 A.M. Please help me on How to do it |

thinking out loud. wouldn't this stop force a kill on the associated spid introducing rollback. |

You can change start time, job history will tell you took how long to run it. |
