 full text search trouble

I did implement full text on one of the my database table using Catalog file. After implementing full text search my full text search Query given result in 5 sec(elapsed time). but after 3 hrs when i did execute same query its take longer time to execute approximately 17 sec. and after one day its take too much time like infinite !!. I did nt found any reason. when i checked log file
Warning: Failed to get MSFTESQL indexer interface for full-text catalog

Kindly help me to overcome fro the problem.
its very urgent.

How often do you repopulate catalog? With diff population?

I am populating catalog with use of schedule catalog population..
I am doing population one time in a day.

Hi,

I did do further study of log file and i got some other error messages are as under.

Changing the status to MERGE / PAUSE/RESUME for full-text catalog

Reinitialized full-text Auto population for table ...after a temporary failure.

The full-text catalog health monitor reported a failure for full-text catalog "ABC"
