| I am new to cursors. I know how to assign a value to one variable using a cursor. I know I can select all using the cursor, but do I have to create a variable for each field or can I just relate to them thru the cursor? I hope i'm not too confusing..... |

| Why use a cursor? What exactly are you trying to do? There are much faster and more efficient ways to handle data in SQL Server. Can you give us more detail?Edited by - robvolk on 06/17/2002 12:27:07 |
