Does SQL 2005 Enterprise utilize Xeon Quad Cores? or should i go with Dual Cores?if it DOESNT, any idea if they plan on releasing a service back to allow it to? |

I don't believe 2005 Enterprise Edition is required.We have a system with dual quad core processors running 2005 Standard and it is using all 8 processors.CODO ERGO SUM |

Yes although you can run 32-bit sql2k5 on it. |
