The best thing you can do is purchaseThe Guru's Guide to SQL Server Stored Procedures, XML, and HTMLby Ken Henderson. He details how to integrate VSS with Query Analyzer, and you can easily tweak it to work with other tools as well. Not to mention that it is also the BEST book, EVER, on stored procedures in SQL Server.
