For DTS when we disconnect edit a DTS package we can change the connection properties ,
I also changed one connection proerty from one login to another , changing the password as well...
then i saved it and imported that DTS to SQL Server 2005 ........
after that i went to the Management --> Legacy --> DTS , from there i migrated this DTS package to SSIS .... now after migrating this package , i thought of running the package to make sure it is working fine .....
but when i click on the option RUN PACKAGE i can see the "Connection Properties" tab .....
there the UID have not changed at all and is still the one which was there before modified and not the one which i have changed it to ...
how's it possible ...... and how can i check this thing ?
