Like '%avi[Oó]n%'

In English: Look in Books Online under "collation". You can use a collation setting that is accent insensitive.

A man with many links to English-Spanish translation web sites!

My actual Spanish knowledge consists of "Buenos dias", "Gracias", and "Dos cervezas, por favor". I'm told by many Spanish-speaking people that I'm very friendly and vibrant

Comments? What are comments?

How the hell can you have job security if you comment your code?
