There are several options for converting dates listed in books online. For example
convert(nvarchar(20),content.date_created,113)
gives me
20 Mar 2002 10:55:16
but what if I want
20 March, 2002 10:55:16 AM
there isn't a convert option.
There seems to be a limited number of convert options listed - are there any others?

You've probably seen all the ones built in . . . anyting else you can fabricate with a little convert() and datepart() shoe-horning . . .
