| Please tell me you're not using the SA login for your web projects. If you're allowing anonymous web access and logging into SQL Server using SA, you're wedging the door open for someone to hack you. |

| And whatever you do, don't tell Rob that you're logging into your SQL Server from the web with User ID SA and the password is blank because that would surely push him over the edge.I agree 100% with Rob on this. A more secure approach would be to create a custom login that you will use from your web application that has severely restricted access and does everything via stored procedures.------------------------GENERAL-ly speaking... |
