| There is nothing like Empty Records. if you are looking to free the space that was taken up by the deleted records. i think it will be done automatically. Incase it doesnt because of various reasons like indexes.you can reclaim it by using DBCC SHRINKDATABASE or DBCC CHECKTABLE .
