Navinderjit writes "Hi,

We have 3 MS SQL 2005 DB on separate machines but on same network. Now we need to write a TRIGGER on the first two DB so that on each insert/update it INSERT/Update the same on the third DB. Is is possible to use trigger to update records on separate DB located on separate server? If yes, how?

All 3 DB are on separate machines, but on the same network and of same machine specifications and configuration."

It might be possible to do, but it is a really bad idea.

You should look into replication to do this,
