Hi,I am using sql server 2000 sp4, and when I run a certain query in query analyzer, it loads for a long time and then I receive the error messange: TDS Buffer Length too large.I found some articles like: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/176256, but I don´t think it applies to my problem.Any Idea?KleberBrazilThe query is the following:SELECT PANROPER,PANRPARC OPCODORG4,O4DESCR,PADTVCTO,PADTMOV,SUM(ISNULL(PAVLRPAGO,0)) AS VLR_PAGO,SUM(ISNULL(PASLDXPR,0)+ISNULL(PASLDXJR,0)+ISNULL(PASLDXRAP,0)) AS VLR_SALDO_PARCELA,SUM(ISNULL(PAVLRPR,0)+ISNULL(PAVLRJR,0)) AS VLR_PARCELA , DATEDIFF (DAY,PADTVCTO,PADTMOV) AS DIFERENCA_MOVIMENTO FROM COPER,CPARC,TORG4 WHERE PANROPER=OPNROPER AND OPCODORG4=O4CODORG AND PACODMOV IN ('03','04','11') ANDPADTMOV BETWEEN '2005/01/01' AND '2006/01/31' AND PADTLIQ IS NULLAND NOT EXISTS (SELECT * FROM CPARC B WHERE PANROPER = B.PANROPER AND PANRPARC = B.PANRPARC AND B.PACNTRL > PACNTRL AND B.PACODMOV IN ('08''09'))GROUP BY PANROPER,PANRPARC,OPCODORG4,O4DESCR,PADTVCTO,PADTMOVORDER BY OPCODORG4,O4DESCR,PADTMOV

If you have SP4 on the Sever then presumably the server ADO drivers are up to date. Are the ADO drivers on the client up to date?Kristen

Does XP SP2 install updated ADO drivers? (I don't know the answer to that, but conceivably not I suppose!)Kristen

I *think* the ADO drivers are part of MS Office, but I'm not entirely sure either.~Travis
