tcp/ip access is disabled by default for MSDE installations. try using the server network utility to see if TCP/IP protocol access is enabled.this issue is detailed in the readme that comes with MSDE if you need mor information. -ec |

This isn't Windows SP2 firewall disabling connectivity is it?edit: Ignore that - that's Windows XP only I reckon ...Kristen |
