Wht is Diff b/w deleting rows higher & Lower Isolation levels ?

Like this

SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL READ UNCOMMITTED
delete from my_table Where Col1=10

and

SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL SERIALIZABLE
delete from my_table Where Col1=10

plz...can anyone hElP mE!!????
