Hi people,
Pls can any one tell me how to remove a unique constraint on a field in a particular table (nb: this is not the primary key field). I want to do this from query analyzer.

So let's say the name of the unique constraint is:
'IX_Forms_FormNumber'
and the name of my table is:
'Forms'.

i know how to do this in enterprise manager, but i was just wondering if I could do this in QA.

Thanks a bunch

check out "Alter Table" in Books Online. Should be something like this:

alter table [forms]
drop constraint [IX_Forms_FormNumber]
