what is the highest way to copy few hundrend rows between two linked servers ?
( no DTS )

Something like this

Insert into Table1(Columns)
Select columns from LinkedServerTable

select top 100 * into DuplicateTable
from LinkedServer.Databasename.dbo.Tabletobeduplicated

It should be noted that the target table wont have indices or constraints
So the best way is to create table with all the contraints and then copy data
