BULK INSERT error

Greetings!

I am trying to use the following command


BULK INSERT AGG1.dbo.Checks_and_balances
   FROM c:\checks_and_balances.CSV'
   WITH
     (
        FIELDTERMINATOR = ',',
        ROWTERMINATOR = ':\n',
        FIRE_TRIGGERS
      )

but I get an error saying that the file does not exist. I have checked many times and the file does exist. What would cause this kind of problem?!

Make sure the file exists in the server where SQL Server is installed
