I am working on a conversion of an existing application where we use MSAccess as both frontend and back end. We have forms and reports in Access. Since the size has grown big we are migrating the database to SQL Server 2000. We are planning to have the front end in Access itself. Can some one tell me the amount of changes required for the conversion. How do I make the forms & reports to pick data from SQL Server instead of the same access database?

Hi Eliza

Difficulty kind of depends on what you've got. In theory, you just set up a DSN for the SQL Server and relink your tables.

Does your current Access application use DAO or ADO?
