I want to execute a sql script automatically and on a daily basis. How can I accomplish this?
Do I have to set up a job to kick it off?

yes. set up a job in the SQL Agent as a daily job. thats it.

Write that script as Stored Procedure and schedule that as job to run daily

I have it as a stored procedure but I'm not sure how to set ti up as a job, anyone any articles on setting up sql jobs?
