| Hi Gurus,Can someone explain me why there is Zero CPU Usage and High activity in the Hard Disc(Per Performance monitor).I am running a simple Query with Equi Join between Three tables.Each table has about 700000 rows.I have Raid 5 on my server.With 2GB RAM.How can I make the Query to use the CPU and RAM Maximum?Very Urgent Please.ThanksRaj. |

now that's a strange request...sql server uses as many resources as it sees fit.why do you want to do that?Go with the flow & have fun! Else fight the flow  |
