| one tell me about the relations and its importance in database but another person tell me to the relations is not easy and danger and advise me to replace it by transactions I want to know can we replace relations by transactions and what are advantages and disadvatages of both ways note I donot more knowledge what is transactions as devloper |

| You can't replace relations with transactions. Whoever told you this is stupid. If you don't know what transactions are as a developer, please stop developing. DerrickTrying to translate his post maybe the person who said this to him/her meant use transactions and control the process flow in the transaction rather than rely on the referential integrity/constraints on the table(s)That was my take on it anyway, but i am probably wrong (i usually am!)AndyBeauty is in the eyes of the beerholder |

| Andy, I understood the post like You did.B5CSE, the person that "advices" you to "replace relations by transactions" does not knowwhat he is talking about, or he is very stupid. Ignore that "advice".Relations protects the integrity of Your data.Transactions protects data from being changed/overwritten within a process step.Oh well, just RTFM.rockmoose |
