| Do any of you ave any experience with the fast_forward extended argument for declaring cursors? My client will not allow me to attempt removing the curses but I must bring this runtime down from 5+ hours. All the defined cursors are read only and only fetch next. Can I expect any performance gain at all by specifying fast_forward. I know BOL says it will, but I'd like to hear from someone before I commit to ten plus hours of testing.Thanks.Cat |
