Hi All,
I had been trying to find some solution for the crazy issue - Formatting the result of a stored Proc. I had tried my best but sometimes when you are exhausted in finding a solution, always other's ideas and suggestions are very helpful. I seeking the same in this issue.
I have a dataset from the query and the data is something like this....
ID BatchNum Seq. Amount
-------------------------------
1 001 1 10000
1 001 2 2456
1 001 3 234576
.............................
1 001 14 .......
1 002 1 .......
and goes on. The Dataset has to formatted like for each ID + Batch the seq & the amount has to displayed in the multiple columns like
ID BatchNum Seq. Amount Seq. Amount
--------------------------------------------
1 001 1 10000 14 .....
1 001 2 2456
1 001 3 234576
.............................
1 002 1 .......

The condition is 13 sequences in col and if the seq > 13 the it has to be displayed in the next seq column. I tried my best from the Crystal report end, all my efforts have gone in vain. So im trying currently from SQL Server Stored Proc. Help me by sharing your views about this issue.
