| What are the options when creating a trigger to handle multirow inserts where the standard INTO INTO TableName Select Field1, Field2 from Inserted will not work (ie. the target table has more fields or a identity field as the 1st field). |

It will still work in this instance. You are going to have to decide what goes in those other fields though. You would leave out the identity column though. Give us some example CREATE TABLE, CREATE TRIGGER, and INSERT statements and explain the problem you are having.
