| If i have a select statement that returns n number of rows but i also want the total rowcount i know i can use @@ROWCOUNT but i want to be able to cycle through the recordset in my VB app as well. So from my VB side of things how do i grab the total rowcount initially from an SP that returns both the recordset AND the total rowcount(@@rowcount). I know i can do a VB recordcount but if i can get it from the one SP that also returns the recordset then i can avoid doing a recordcount on the VB side.Is this possible ? |
