Hey all I am logging heavy to sql via ISA firewall, what I want to do is get estimation for what my dail disk space needs will be and plan accordingly by either logging less or allocating more space. The below formula i found is was reccomended for use.

Space_Reqd = Number of daily records * Record length

How would I determine Daily records and Record Length?

Thanks

in answer to your questions - how many rows will you be inserting each day ?
the record length is the row size, post your table structure and someone will work it out for you .. or you could look on BOL to see what each datatype uses; dont forget to add the size of the non-clustered indexes.
