My other problem is I am using an ASP page to do this in VBScript to call in my parameters from the stored procedure. When I use the request("recordnumber") to obtain the value for the record number in my second and third tables I am inserting, it fails because there is no number in the text box to receive the value from, because of the auto number. I have set the recordnumber=@@identity in my stored procedure, but this is not working. Please help!!!!!
