need to know the Best Practices for developingDistributed transactions in C# using SQL Server 2000.Two of the Contenders would be:1)MSDTC2)Linked ServersMy concerns are:Transaction Performance , Network Traffic,Reliability.Also i Heard that in MSDTC, if a Resource Manager hasto Roll Back a transaction containing Triggers then itdo roll back the transaction but not the execution oftriggers.If any of you have worked on above mentionedtechnologies, do share your with me. |
