Mike writes "First, great website!!!!!!!
Question: SQL Server 7.0; Server: NT 4.0 Service Pack 2, Client: Windows 98
What is the proper syntax to specify a space character as a field terminator in an .fmt file?
Pouring over MSDN now, can't seem to find anything. Experimenting with different syntax for the space character as a field terminator.
Would it be possible to use a SQL Server built in string function like SUBSTRING in the field terminator column of the .fmt file? Guess I'll try it.
Thanks in advance, Mike" |
