Narendra writes "We have an application up & running, developed in Powerbuilder 6.5 & MS SQL SERVER 6.5. The application was working fine till few days back when suddenly the client workstations started getting errors: "DBPROCESS is dead" or "Write to SQL SERVER failed." We have not made any changes to our application or database connection settings. When the application is restarted, things work fine. What can be the reason? How can I isolate & detect the problem area?" |
