we are having 160+ tables will be encrypted as far as table schema is concerned. But data will not be encrypted and only the schema will be encrypted. Some level of file encryption will also has to be done as the encryption infomation itself has to be either encrypted or secured.
All the components (250+) will have to be changed once the database schema is encrypted and few generic components will be written which will encode and decode the encrypted table names and field names.
is it correct choice to do the schema level encryption at this statge
