But in AD we renamed a number of our usernames to firstname.lastname. But since we have made the changes we are getting errors with subscriptions in SSRS. The users can log in fine, but the subscription fails with a user not found message. But the username shown is the previous username, before the name change. We have tried to delete and re-add the users. We have updated the username in the Users table in the ReportServer database, but the old username is still shown, and the subscription fails. I would be very grateful if anyone can assist me in fixing this issue. Many thanks, Trevor
