Brian submitted "Auto-Audit 2.0 - a total rewrite of the popular database auditing tool from LockwoodTech - has been released .
Version 2.0 allows user to customize and even create their own totally new Auditing plans by means of a totally extensible design. Auditing trigger templates can be written in VBScript / JScript and processed with and debugged with Microsoft Script Control. The powerful new interface makes designing a sophisticated audit plan easier than ever.
The generated audit data can be reported on with real data reports and supported has been added for grouping analysis of data through a report grid. Reports can be output to excel, text file, html or printed.
New modules include trigger management, data management, architecture management, delete auditing and trigger template editing.
